We at West-IT are keen to help home users and small business get the best out of the IT systems, using the current technology to the best; like using VOIP for mobile or long distance calls. Using Wireless network to bridge areas of your home or business so that you get the best out of your local network/internet.

If you computer is running slow or not as you expect, give us a call and we will try our best to improve its performance, we will also recommend what else you can do to improve it even further and point you in the right direction.

We will help you setup our computer and connect up the all our devices, web cam, printer and external hard drives. we make recommendation on backup or anti-virus software that matches our budget ( free or paid )

We work on a No-Fix/No Charge for any repairs, you can call us out to within the a 10 Miles radius of Bathgate. We will travel further if required but we will charge a small fee to cover travel costs.

Please note that most of the work that we do is out of hours ie after 6pm, as we are just starting up and we still have full time jobs as well. This way we can keep our costs low and be up front with you, so you know what to expect.

Main hours of support are after 6pm and all day Saturday and Sunday.

Please Note: That we can't repair laptop's that have hardware issues, as getting hold of the parts requires access to an authorised dealer and this would just add your expense.
